A schedule of activities will be available. All players receive an NU 'keeper clinc t-shirt.
Our goalkeeper clinic is designed for players U9-14. Players will receive instruction in catching and falling techniques, hand and foot distribution as well as footwork exercises. Players will be exposed to appropriate levels of tactics as it relates to a youth goal keeper.
Players should bring a ball, wear appropriate shoes (molded soccer shoes, turf shoes, sneakers), shin guards, a water bottle and a snack or two if they tend to get hungry before lunch.
Players will also need to bring their own gloves and any other equipment they regularly use (i.e. long sleeve shirt or pants).
